Fen Ku Guilin Rice Noodle

I cannot recommend this place enough ! I would 100% say this is my favourite place to eat ever !!! The customer service is incredible, the food comes almost instantly and it’s very affordable for the size meal you get. I started off getting the spicy ones but have now found myself loving the original! They have free available cold tea to drink - I love this place

Guilin Rice noodles are an absolute kaleidoscope of flavours and textures in your mouth. Don't forget to add chilli flakes, vinegar and chopped garlic and mix everything up before you dig in! Fen ku does a fuken good bowl of guilin noodles that definitely brought me back to my childhood!!

A place definitely worth trying. A range of different levels of spice, broth and meats to select from to accompany your rice noodles. Make sure to take into account the levels of spice before you choose your meal! Their 3 chilli spice level is a bit of a handful even for my Asian friends. Taste wise, the broth is rich in flavour, with a varying degree of mala spice depending on what you choose. The noodles are well cooked, and there is even the option of extra free noodles. The meat is also well cooked, I especially like the braised beef options. The customer service here is also great, always a bonus. Price wise very acceptable for the size you get.

It’s one of my favourite go to dish whenever i crave for noodles. I have been back to this place many times for their best seller dish. Flavours still remain the same as when i first had it even though the prices have changed due to cost of living. This hidden gem at the end of sunnybank market square definitely serves a very wonderful and authentic flavour. Menus are simple, a few different types of noodle dishes and toppings. But each of them is packed with flavours, and the portion is also quite generous. Always a good place to visit during winter or a wet rainy day! Love it!

I didn’t know what to expect in this tiny little restaurant in Market Square. When I saw there are many Chinese people eating, I know it has to be good, so I went in, looked at the menu, there were only 12 variety to choose from. I picked a braised beef with pork belly with noodles soup and extra serving of vegetable….. and OMG the serving was generous with soy egg, pickled bean on the side was delicious, the soup was milky and very very tasty and nothing is too salty, just right. There’s also a big jug of free tea. Service was fast. I will definitely recommend this noodle house.
